Notes on prices

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday in high season (July - August).

In other seasons there is a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Prices are for the house based on up to 6 people sharing, with a supplement of 10% per person extra (max. 8 in total).

A breakfast pack can be provided. This is interesting if you arrive late. Local products and prepared regional dishes can also be obtained in the house.

Rent

Renting notes

Bookings can be made by mailing to info@CasaCabrita.com.

If the property is available, a provisional booking option can be held for two days to let you check your travel arrangements. You can check availability below as well as on Spain-Holiday.com.

Arrival from 4 pm local time and departure by 10 am local time.

At arrival, somebody will meet you at the beginning of the track, guide you to the house and hand over the keys.

Thanks for not smoking inside the house.

A travel and personal insurance cover is recommended and on your own responsability. There is no cover for theft, accidents or damage in and around Casa Cabrita and the swimming pool. This is at your own risk.

No cleaning needs to be done by guests but it is appreciated if the dishes are done or left in the dishwasher.


Payment details

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the booking price will confirm the booking.

The balance needs to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday start date. After that date there will be no refund in case of cancellations.

A 300 euro security deposit is payable on each booking. This will be refunded in full one week after your holiday, subject to any reductions for breakages or damage or when the villa is left in an unreasonable state. Clients are kindly requested to report breakages prior to departure.
